| How do we Meditate? | |
| This is a very simple and very effective technique for all to begin: | |
| Sit erect comfortably facing North. | |
| Look straight and then close your eyes. | |
| Relax. | |
| Repeat OM silently throughout. | |
| Also, experience Light in your entire body without trying to see it. | |
| Practice this for a minimum of 24 minutes at a stretch. | |
| After meditating, relax lying down for a few minutes. After practicing this for about three months, one has to take up further lessons and get initiated for activating the Inner Spiritual Processes. | |
