HOW TO MEDITATE
   
  How do we Meditate?
   
  This is a very simple and very effective technique for all to begin:
   
Star Sit erect comfortably facing North.
   
Star Look straight and then close your eyes.
   
Star Relax.
   
Star Repeat OM silently throughout. 
   
Star Also, experience Light in your entire body without trying to see it.
   
Star Practice this for a minimum of 24 minutes at a stretch.
   
Star After meditating, relax lying down for a few minutes. After practicing this for about three months, one has to take up further lessons and get initiated for activating the Inner Spiritual Processes.
